stfuparents: Mom’s Gold Star In order to fully appreciate this submission, you have to know that both of these women are mothers. Once I knew that, I was sold. Especially since I wasn’t so sure R. was joking until I read the submitter’s description. “Hmmm,” I’d thought. “What a weird series of responses. Who does she think she is? This crazy lady?” But then I realized she was being sarcastic, and I instantly went from gritting my teeth in disgust to bowing down to the Master in awe.  That’s not to say J. didn’t earn her share of the Gold Star, too. If not for her brazen status update, in which she knowingly mocks her friends for having succumbed to posting this ridiculous chain status, R.’s comments wouldn’t even exist. Together, these two ladies share this week’s Gold Star 50/50, and I applaud their efforts as women, as mothers and as snarky bitches. You go, moms girls!
